1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and at999 ("at999", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the at999 website at at999.lat and all associated services including the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer games, jackpot products and the at999 VIP loyalty programme (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or betting market on the at999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside at999's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on at999. at999 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If at999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds in the account will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using at999 is lawful in their jurisdiction. at999 does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in all locations. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not use at999. Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by province and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC). at999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Pakistani CNIC, passport or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals.

• One account per person and per household is permitted.
• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• Players who have self-excluded from at999 are not permitted to re-register without completing the applicable cooling-off period.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money features of at999 you must register a player account by providing accurate, current and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at999 login credentials. You agree to notify at999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. at999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 at999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where at999 suspects that a Player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods. at999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). at999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the at999 Cashier section, which may be updated from time to time. at999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met. at999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section.

4.4 Fraud Prevention. at999 employs fraud detection systems. Any account found to have made deposits or withdrawals using fraudulent payment credentials, or to have engaged in collusive or exploitative behaviour, will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 at999 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds and expiry dates.

5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household and IP address unless expressly stated otherwise. at999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where abuse or exploitation is suspected.

5.3 at999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing bonus wagering obligations in progress at the time of withdrawal remain subject to the original terms.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 All games offered on at999 – including live dealer casino, slots, Monster Plinko, W Live and sports betting – are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule expressly overrides a specific provision.

6.2 Results of RNG (random number generator) games are determined by certified software. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical events in the studio. at999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Sports betting odds and markets are set by at999 and may be adjusted at any time prior to settlement. at999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, on unavailable markets, or where system errors have occurred.

6.4 at999 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide reasons.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that while using at999 you will not engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt at999's systems or software.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the at999 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces and the at999 brand name, is the intellectual property of at999 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of at999 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

at999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on at999 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. at999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and improving the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 at999 is committed to responsible gaming. Players must be 18 or older. at999 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits – Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a period.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive alerts after specified playing durations.
• Cooling-Off Period – Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The at999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. at999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue or data; (c) technical failures or interruptions outside at999's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

11.3 at999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 at999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 at999 may suspend or terminate a Player account at any time with or without prior notice where at999 reasonably determines that a Player has breached these Terms, applicable law, or where at999 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12.3 Upon termination of an account in good standing, any verified funds remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to at999's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through at999's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration under applicable international arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
